Established to champion evidence-based reforms in canine welfare worldwide, ICLAC is committed to driving legislative change that protects dogs from aversive tools and training methods, while promoting positive reinforcement and force-free practices as the global standard. This marks an important step forward in our collective efforts to ensure dogs everywhere are treated with compassion and respect through informed policy and advocacy.
